At PLAY, we help cultivate mindfulness through the integrated application of art and yoga. We offer in-depth support and evidence-based teaching to youth and the parents and professionals who support them. PLAY’s unique curriculum is gentle and effective, helping cultivate a stronger mind-body connection and empowering students to apply mindfulness in their daily life.
PLAY’s innovative programs focus on improving outcomes in these three key areas:
Greater self-awareness empowers youth to make changes and build on strengths, as well as identifying areas where they would like to make improvements.
The PLAY program increases strength and flexibility, calms the nervous system, and enhances focus and present-moment awareness.
Improving the mind-body connection results in better emotional health. Young people feel good about themselves and have stronger relationships.

Children’s Museum of Phoenix
Come learn mindfulness skills that you and your little one can enjoy together to create happiness, joy, and fun through a combination of art, yoga, breathing, and other hands-on activities. Geared for children from 2-5, along with their adult caregiver. Admission is free with paid museum admission.

Mindful Me Yoga & Art
Valley Family Resource Center
This class will teach children easy yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness along with self-discovery and creative expression through art. This class is designed to help calm kids down, sharpen the mind and instill kindness and patience.
Tuesdays August 13 & 20th @ 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
