At PLAY, we help cultivate mindfulness through the integrated application of art and yoga. We offer in-depth support and evidence-based teaching to youth and the parents and professionals who support them. PLAY’s unique curriculum is gentle and effective, helping cultivate a stronger mind-body connection and empowering students to apply mindfulness in their daily life.


PLAY’s innovative programs focus on improving outcomes in these three key areas:

Self Awareness

Greater self-awareness empowers youth to make changes and build on strengths, as well as identifying areas where they would like to make improvements.

The PLAY program increases strength and flexibility, calms the nervous system, and enhances focus and present-moment awareness.

Mind-Body Connection

Improving the mind-body connection results in better emotional health. Young people feel good about themselves and have stronger relationships.

Yoga at Children’s Museum of Phoenix

Please join us at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix for fun, relaxing, and grounding yoga for the whole family.

Our Class Schedule for June is as follows:

  • Family Yoga / Mondays @ 11:30 to 12:15 PM

  • Campers only: Ages 5 to 6 Yoga / Tuesdays @ 1:00 to 1:30 PM

  • Campers only: Ages 7 to 8 Yoga / Tuesdays @ 1:30 to 2:00 PM


Family Art & Yoga: Paradise Valley Family Resource Center

Weds @ 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Mindful Parenting: Tempe Family Resource Center

  • Tuesdays @ 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
