Our Mindful Me Family Class at The Children's Museum of Phoenix offers children ages 0-6 the opportunity to explore mindfulness through art, yoga, and play. Designed to engage young minds, this class provides a fun and interactive way for kids to develop focus, emotional awareness, and relaxation skills. Each session combines creativity and movement, fostering a mindful approach to both self-expression and physical well-being. Join us for a unique and enriching experience for the whole family!
